Environmental Assessment for the Huntington VA Medical Center
For this project, Decota conducted an Environmental Assessment (EA) and subsequent Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) on behalf of the Hershel “Woody” Williams Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Huntington, West Virginia (Huntington VA Medical Center). The purpose of this EA was to identify and analyze the potential physical, environmental, cultural, and socioeconomic impacts associated with a secondary access road proposed for ingress and egress to the Huntington VA Medical Center. Decota considered the environmental consequences of four build alternatives and one no-build alternative in this EA.
