NPDES Stormwater Construction Permitting For the Pineville Connector to Twin Falls Connector
For this project, Decota Consulting Company, Inc. prepared National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Stormwater Construction Permit applications on behalf of the West Virginia Division of Highways for the Pineville Connector to Twin Falls Connector project in Wyoming County, West Virginia. The purpose of this effort was to support regulatory compliance and manage potential water quality impacts associated with construction activities. Decota developed site specific erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans, groundwater protection plans, and supporting mapping and drainage analyses for multiple contract areas and associated waste, borrow, and staging sites. Decota evaluated permitting requirements and prepared complete application packages for proposed construction activities.
