NEPA Compliance

We conduct environmental review of proposed federal actions in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Decota can aid clients in considering how a proposed project could affect all aspects of the natural and human environment. Resources considered under the NEPA assessment process include, but are not limited to, land use, geological resources, air quality, cultural resources, flora and fauna, wetlands and floodplains, noise, transportation, aesthetic resources, and hazardous materials. Decota is experienced in preparing the three levels of NEPA documentation: Categorical Exclusions, Environmental Assessments with a Finding of No Significant Impact, and Environmental Impact Statements.
