Phase I Environmental Site Assessment

Decota conducts Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) in conformance with the scope and limitations of ASTM E1527-21 at the requested Subject Properties. The objective of the ESAs are to determine, to the extent feasible, the presence or absence of Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) in anticipation of financial transactions concerning the Subject Property. Services consist of a records review of reasonably ascertainable, standard sources, a site inspection of the Property of interest, interviews with past and present owners, operators, and occupants of the Property, and an evaluation and subsequent reporting of information gathered during the records review, site inspection, and interviews.
